Everyone needs to learn English these days. It is the most widely known and used language in the world, opening up more opportunities for work, education, and tourism. If you already know a Germanic language, e.g. German, Dutch or it is your mother tongue, learning English will be easier and faster as these languages have similar grammatical features. Germanic language skills will help you understand English sentence structure more quickly. Here are some important tips on how to master English faster to improve the efficiency of the English language courses.

English language courses: how to make them more effective?

• learn each new word in the context it is used in;
• repeat what you have learned often because repetition is the mother of learning;
• use both real and virtual English language domains;
• use the media (TV, radio), use social media platforms in English;
• read fiction in English, start with easy English;
• listen to music in English, even if you do not understand the lyrics at first;
• let yourself make mistakes, use the language, jump in the English language river for a swim! You can do it!

During the learning process, the teacher checks the progress of participants of the English language course. At the end of the course, an attendance report and the assessment of language skills is submitted to the employer, whereas participants of the English language course receive a certificate of the level of English language skills achieved which ensures an opportunity to continue to acquire English language skills of the next level.
